     Self-Evaluations
     We have provided two Self- Evaluations: the first evaluates your current dietary practices and the second determines if your body would benefit from nutritional supplements.

     Get Started Immediately...
     There is no substitute for ordering and receiving your clinical and sports nutrition analysis. From this comprehensive analysis, WSN can make specific dietary and supplemental recommendations to target your biochemical weaknesses, metabolic imbalances, and vitamin/mineral deficiencies to bring you to top level sports performance. However, processing your clinical and sports nutrition analysis takes several weeks due to time required to draw your blood and for our office to receive all of your reports. In the interim, we have provided two health and sports performance enhancement services for you to immediately begin building your overall nutrition foundation.

1. Ideal Health's Home Urine PrivaTest Kit to measure your urine biochemistry. From the results of your urine test, a custom-designed vitamin/mineral packet will be provided each month to replace your one-size-fits-all multiple-vitamins and minerals. 2. Mannatech "Sport" and "Em-Pact"sports nutrition products are provided to re-hydrate the body during and after workouts and support the body's natural recovery process and lean tissue development.

     These two services are provided for those who are eager to get started. You may get started on either one or both while your clinical nutrition analysis and program is being processed or you may choose to include these two steps after beginning your clinical and sports nutrition program. Feel free to pick the right timing for you to include these two clinical and sports nutrition program enhancement services.
