With each Laboratory Test (blood, saliva, hair, urine or stool), clients receive a Health Appraisal Comprehensive (HAC) Report, which is a scientific evaluation of their symptoms, at no additional charge.  This report is based on research from Cornell University's Medical Index for Nutritional Symptoms.  The HAC Report presents 28 Evaluations within the Ten Biological Systems in both percentages and a Summary Bargraph format.  For example in the Cardiovascular System, symptoms of Anemia, Hypertension, Heart and Circulation are evaluated.  HAC Reports are updated with one or more Laboratory  Retesting, so that progress improvement can be evaluated in both symptoms and biochemistry.

On the left side of the s-wavy line is the initial report and on the right is this client's report after being on her Therapeutic Supplement and Dietary Program for just three months.  This is not the client's final report, simply where the client was when Dr. Smith needed initial and 3-month report samples for a Clinical Nutrition Seminar Presentation in 2002.  Please excuse the poor quality image, this will be improved when we design our new website, which is scheduled for 2012.
