Self-Evaluations
|
To evaluate your dietary and nutritional status, complete both of these
FREE Self-Evaluations. If unsure of the difference between "diet" and "nutrition,"
click here to read the article, "Defining The Difference."
Dietary Evaluation Overview (DEO)
The Dietary Evaluation Overview is a FREE
self-evaluation of your current dietary intake to determine if choices
in what you eat and drink are sufficient to maintain health or actually
causing nutritional deficiencies. Nutritional Deficiencies lead to organ/gland
dysfunction, which then cause nutrition-related diseases.
Optimum Scores are provided at the bottom
of the Dietary Evaluation Overview (DEO). Scores are provided for In-
and Off-Season Sports Competition. Any score below 80% indicates that
your current and past dietary habits and practices are causing vitamin
and other nutrient deficiencies. If you scored less than optimum on the
Dietary Evaluation Overview, you need to order the Dietary Analysis to
receive a dietary plan that will guide you in what and how to eat to improve
your health. Our Dietary Plans are over 10-pages in length and are titled,
The Food Chemistry Specific Diets.
From your Dietary Analysis, we can design
your Food Chemistry Dietary Plan which provides the specific healthy foods
your body can metabolize and those you cannot. It is obvious that the
human body can not metabolize (digest, absorb, assimilate and eliminate)
unhealthy foods; however, what is not commonly understood is that long-term
intake of unhealthy foods weakens the gastro-intestinal system and inhibits
your body's ability to metabolism even the healthy foods you are eating.
For more information regarding the Dietary
Analysis and Food Chemistry Specific Dietary Plans, click on Dietary
Analysis (DA).

Nutrient Supplementation Questionnaire (NSQ)
The Nutrient Supplementation Questionnaire
is a FREE self-evaluation to determine if your dietary practices
and environmental exposures have produced nutritional deficiencies. High
scores indicate that food supplements will also be required to correct
these deficiencies. Once corrected, you will experience improved organ
and gland function and, thereby, prevent or improve nutrition-related
diseases. Then, healthy dietary practices will assist in maintaining your
nutritional levels which have been improved by supplementation.
Total your scores for each section and follow
the Interpretation of your Scores on the last page of the questionnaire.
